Gantries. Spanco offers America's widest variety of gantry crane models. Spanco has four standard styles and 550 standard models. Special design gantries have always been Spanco's specialty.

Jibs. Spanco offers seven styles of standard jib cranes and can provide any alternative styles to meet any specification. We offer almost 7,800 standard models in our Spanco price list.

Met-Track enclosed track systems. Designed for easy lifting and smooth, ergonomic travel. Stand alone or ceiling mounted workstation bridge cranes are available.

MHT IS A LARGE VOLUME SPANCO DEALER This enables us to be very competitive in both price and installation. Our field installation crews are very familiar with the product allowing faster setup and efficient installation pricing.

MHT overhead traveling cranes are constructed for CMAA Class A, B, C, and D service, with capacities to 100 tons and spans to 150 feet. All of the components used by MHT, Inc. are made by leading manufacturers. Hoisting Equipment, Motors, Controls, Reducers, Electrification, and Brakes are all readily serviceable and replaceable, because of standardization. MHT cranes receive a no-load test at our plant, and in most cases are shipped to the job site assembled, wired, and ready to install on the runway without costly field assembly.

MHT Crane Inspection -- Crane inspections are conducted to the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR Part 1919 for Maritime Cranes, OSHA 1926.550 for Construction Cranes, and OSHA 1910.179 for Overhead Cranes. All Test & Inspection is accredited by Federal OSHA to conduct and file the crane inspections required by OSHA 29 CFR. Structural testing verifies machinery capacities and operational characteristics of existing or prototype equipment. Structural testing may identify material, design, or operational defects prior to equipment production. In addition, a program that utilizes non-destructive testing as part of its maintenance or product development can locate problem areas before an accident or costly equipment damage occurs.
